We specialize in mobile auto detailing, across Phoenix Metro, Maricopa County, and Pinal County.
- All services are performed on-site at your home, workplace, or property.
- Customers are responsible for providing safe access to vehicles, driveways, or indoor areas where services will be performed.
2. Booking & Payment
- No card required to book online.
- We accept cash, debit/credit cards, Zelle, Cash App, and other common payment forms.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices listed on our website are base rates and may vary depending on condition, size, or additional service requests.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.
- Same-day cancellations may result in a $25 cancellation fee.
- In case of bad weather or unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule mobile services.
4. Service Limitations & Liability
- While we strive to achieve the best possible results, some stains, odors, and damage may be permanent and not fully removable.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to fabrics, carpets, or vehicle interiors.
- Customers must remove personal belongings from vehicles or household areas before service. We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items left behind.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure access to water, electricity, and parking space if required for certain services.
- Secure pets and children during the cleaning process for safety.
- Inform our team in advance of delicate materials, problem areas, or known issues.
6. Privacy Policy
- We value your privacy. Customer information (such as name, phone, address, and email) is used only for scheduling, service reminders, and communication.
- We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.
